Motorhome Pitch "Rose" number 3 is our luxury pitch which enjoys it's own private hot tub and is situated close to the centre of Eden Grange with views across one of the ponds. The details of the pitch are:

  • drinking water point on the stand
  • private electric hot tub accommodating 5 people
  • luxury shower and toilet block
  • kitchen area for washing up
  • elsan disposal point
  • grey waste water disposal
  • dogs welcome, 2 max. £5 per dog
  • situated amidst a natural environment with scenic views over ponds
  • no tents or awnings
  • childrens play area
  • restaurant/bar/ take-away located on the estate
  • close to major visitor attraction Locomotion Museum
  • motorhomes and camper-vans only, no caravans & no awnings
  • check-in 3-5pm, check-out 10am.

Things to do in the local area:

We are located very close to the national Locomotion Railway Museum. This museum is FREE to enter and is of national significance being located very close to the birthplace of the railways.
